We provide the highest security available to onboard users including biometric verification to confirm identities.

All personally identifiable information (PII) is stored securely on the Plaid server. We do not store PII on our server because we believe it is the right balance between providing a secure platform and protecting our users' confidential information.

The verification process will begin on your phone.

Step 3: Follow the instructions

Verification on Plaid's end takes approximately 20-30 seconds to complete, and supports almost all countries.
